Ms. Deborah Hodges, a part of the Golden Squares association management company, provides highly detailed program management and coordination for volunteer Non-for-Profit associations. Her management style is proactive, predictive, and detailed. Attention to detail is bedrock and key performance metrics are used. She is analytical and holds herself and Golden Square to a high standard of service and support for mission-driven Associations.

Deborah Hodges of Golden Square is a consummate professional and has developed and brought several branding and marketing
ideas to Mary Crane Center (MCC). She has created and managed MCC’s first digital newsletter and has contributed significantly in developing and launching the new website as well as several initiatives: advertising, news releases, an impact statement, event
promotions, and the updated logo design. She also has worked with great commitment on numerous marketing and
communications to expand the public’s knowledge of this over 110-year-old early child development organization. Her contribution is much appreciated, and any organization desiring to elevate its relevance in branding, marketing, and messaging will benefit from her leadership and talent.

As Chair of the LARC Foundation, I have had the pleasure of working with Deborah Hodges and her Golden Square organization for over a full year. During that time, they have brought new levels of professionalism, experience and expertise to our Foundation that have made a tremendous difference in our ability to pursue our Mission. In a very short period of time, they have gained the trust and respect of our Board in ways that will help establish a long and lasting relationship. We have obtained strategic partnerships, created a grant program, launched committees with board-approved charters, submitted paper(s)to peer-reviewed journals, updated our bylaws and improved operations of the Foundation.

Golden Square has been exemplary in leading and supporting the LARC Foundation since early 2022. Deborah Hodges and her team have guided the Foundation and our Board in developing its leadership, charters, bylaws, planning, operations, communications, website, committee development, projects, association management, campaigns, and writing grants for our efforts. They have been professional, timely, and responsive. We have successes in many ways that have improved the effectiveness of our efforts and broadened our efforts in fulfilling our goals and objectives in eliminating lead exposure and protecting children's wellbeing.
